Best Chinese restaurant in West London hands down. Fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Bad delivery service. My sister and I ordered food over the phone and said that we would pay cash. Gave them our address and they said that they would deliver between 30-45 minutes. Over an hour had passed and we had called the restaurant to see where our order was. The woman on the phone said that the delivery driver tried to call us, as the driver had difficulty finding our place. We checked our phones and saw no missed calls from anyone. She insisted that the driver did call but we didn't answer, so the driver left. To save argument, we asked if the driver could come back and she said no, it's too late (it was 4pm, they close at 11pm). We then suggested that they put it through as another order and she again refused stating that our address was too hard for their drivers to find and hung up. Most takeaway's have never found an issue with finding our address so its strange that they did. However with all that said, it's best to collect food from the shop rather than have it delivered
Amazing varieties of food and very tasty. The buffet is really worth for the price you pay. The place is crowded by its manageable.
Me and my family have been going to this place for years and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal. Customer service is always great and warming, the restaurant snazzy with a great selection at the bar and the food always gives us a warm hug. Never change!
Wouldnt even give 1 star, but I had to. I Ordered food for quick dinner as me and partner were starving, we were told 45-50 minutes for delivery. After nearly an hour and a half the driver drop called so I went downstairs to collect, he then rang properly and said he was on his way and that he will be 5 minutes. I rang through to the restaurant to speak to someone about why my delivery was taking so long and half way through my first sentence, the woman started yelling what one is it? What address? I told her the door number and she questioned me as to whether Im sure I had given the correct door number. She asked me this question about 3 times. When I went on to ask if the food was going to be cold she started shouting down the phone and interrupting me, then just said the driver will be there in a minute bye, and hung up... No apology, no discount for the long wait, nothing. So i decided to call back and refuse the delivery and told her to take the food back now as I wont be paying for such bad customer service. Her tone of voice completely changed and rather quietly she kept telling me she hadnt been shouting at me, when she clearly had. Ive now wasted another 15 minutes writing this review so some of you may avoid the misfortune of ordering from here. Its been nearly 2 hours since I ordered and Im absolutely starving, and the worst part is the food would have only been here about 10 minutes ago. The driver was very polite and apologetic, but the lady on the other end was a disgrace. Never ordering here again!
