Con artists. Avoid at all costs. I'm surprised this business is still operational. You undertake these to avoid costs but I ended up paying for the survey and a few thousand to rectify obvious things that should have been picked up. I think that they have a draft copy and just change your name on the front. Example, on the report it said the pvc windows could do with a clean, there wasn't a mention about the cracked weld in the FRONT door and the missing gaskets from the windows. He didn't pick up the leaking waste pipe from the bathroom which had stained the ceiling, the kitchen floorboards that were damaged and water logged. Didn't even bothering checking the garage which had a leaking roof and the missing tiles on the roof. I phoned the office to make the point about checking the garage and later found out it was his wife who forget to tell him, but she lied saying she had no recollection of me calling. I should have checked the property myself but when you get something like this you should expect that obvious things are picked up. It is more of a spring cleaning report than a survey.
